Briana has been in the IT industry for over 9+ years. She holds a Computer Networking degree and Data storage and Virtualization (renamed Cloud Technology) diploma from Wake Tech with various industry level certifications.
Some of the positions she has worked in over her career have been analyst for help desk support, support engineer for converged (VxBlock) and hyper-converged (PowerFlex) systems. 
She is currently working as a senior engineer at Dell Technologies. In her current role she is the subject matter expert for Virtualization, Compute and Networking issues. Over her years in IT, she has gained skills such as leadership, architect, trainer, etc. 
Briana also teaches CompTIA Network+ at Wake Tech as an adjunct instructor.

Outside of her normal role Briana enjoys finding ways to mentor and inspire the younger generation to follow their dreams. She is also a part of Dell’s WIA [Women In Action] ERG [Employee Resource Group] and she is currently the Co-Finance lead for the Eastern chapter.

When Briana is not volunteering, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
